Recycling initiative provides learning environments with unused design materials enhancing student creativity and innovation
Toronto, September 18, 2018 – POI Business Interiors, a premium award-winning solutions provider of products and services that create connected workplace environments, today announced its partnership with Save A Sample!, a not-for-profit that works with the design community to redistribute unused brochures, fabrics and finish cards to student learning environments.
Save A Sample! Canada is three years in the making and takes place annually in the Fall following the commencement of classes. The program continues to grow in scope to fulfill the needs of fledgling design creatives looking for the latest materials with which to innovate. “We’re very excited to partner with POI to help designers and schools in the Toronto area,” said Suzanne Swift, President of SpecSimple.com, creator of the award-winning Virtual Library, and Save A Sample!’s founder. “POI brings logistical capacity and expertise in delivering these creative tools directly to design schools and the students who value them the most.”
